Artwork Return Policy

Accept returns for defective products only. We want you to love your new masterpiece. If you get your art home and you are not happy with the quality or the artwork has been damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered.

All you need to do is repackage it in the original packaging, send an email within seven (7) days of receiving it, and post it back. We can also exchange the artwork with another piece from the website shop.

Peace of mind

You have one full week (seven days) from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you’d like to return it.

If you decide to return your piece, simply let us know, and we’ll make it happen.

Upon processing your return, we’ll issue a full refund or credit for your purchase or exchange it for a different print.

 Buyers can return or exchange the item.

  • Buyers must return it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs if you change your mind or want to exchange the artwork. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with you) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.

  • If the artwork is damaged through the post, we will pay for the return postage and re-send you another print.
