The Commissioning Process is Simple:
Send Your Photos: Step 1. (50% deposit is needed to book)
After placing your order, I will contact you to email a few clear photos of the property, subject or venue, or you can upload them via my contact page. Feel free to note any specific details you want highlighted or omitted. Please note: Standard pricing covers typical house and milestone subjects. If your reference photo is exceptionally complex, detailed, or requires hand-lettering or text, I’ll review it upon receipt and discuss a custom quote adjustment with you before I begin drawing.
The Drawing Process: Step 2.
Using traditional graphite and pencil techniques, I translate the subject's unique character and spirit onto premium archival paper. To keep you connected to the process, I will send you work-in-progress updates and highly detailed photos of the finished illustration before it ships.
Safe Delivery: Step 3.
Your finished house portrait is carefully packed in protective, flat packaging or rolled in a tube and shipped directly to your door, ready for framing.

For Linocuts: Linocut commissions are quoted separately to account for the bespoke, hand-carved process. Please contact me
Payment & Terms
Secure Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in my studio schedule and begin the design or drawing process.
Bespoke Pricing Adjustment: The standard pricing covers typical house and milestone commissions. If your reference photo reveals a subject that is exceptionally complex or detailed, I will review it upon receipt and discuss a custom quote adjustment with you before kicking off the drawing process.
Final Approval & Completion: Once the detailed photos of the finished illustration are sent and you have given your final approval, the remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipping.
Timeframes: Lead times vary depending on my current commission queue. If you have a specific milestone date or deadline (such as a birthday or anniversary), please reach out before ordering to confirm availability.
Shipping
Leaves artist's studio in 2-4 working days
Australia and New Zealand: Shipping is included in the total cost within Australia.
Rest of the World: International shipping an extra AU$10 will be added at the checkout.
When purchasing more than one item an extra $4 is added onto shipping at the checkout.
