My work and style are influenced by early 20th-century modernism. I'm more interested in the way colour, shapes, textures, and patterns create inner emotions than trying to depict a 'photograph'.
I'm very much influenced by Mid Century Modernism as well as artists; Joan Miro, Paul Klee and Australian Artists; Charles Blackman, Sidney Nolan and Reg Mombassa. My work is somewhere between fine art and commercial/pop art.
